Michelle Seat Director - Tax, Foo Kon Tan LLP 

Michelle works closely with clients in various aspects of corporate tax planning and compliance, tax incentive applications, cross border tax structuring and planning, tax due diligence on business acquisitions to name but a few of Michelle's expertise. She also advises clients on Singapore GST matters. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income tax) and Accredited Tax Practitioner (GST) of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.

 

Jennifer Chih Director, PK Wong & Nair LLC

Jennifer is a director at PK Wong & Nair LLC where she leads both the employment and data protection practice areas. A Singapore-qualified lawyer with over 20 years in the profession, her areas of expertise include corporate law, data protection law, and employment and immigration law. Armed with extensive experience in both employment and data protection law, Jennifer can capitalise on her unique perspective to provide clients with holistic and practical solutions to best address their legal concerns. She is also keenly aware of the dynamic nature of law and frequently conducts training and seminars for in-house counsel and employees on the developments in the PDPA and employment law in Singapore.

 

Song Seng Wun Director/Economist, CIMB Private Banking 

Seng Wun is the director and economist in CIMB Private Banking. Born a Malaysian, he holds a Master of Arts in Econometrics from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. He started his career as an economist in Malayan Banking Bhd. In the early 1990's, he moved to Singapore and worked as a Regional Economist with various major multi-national financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch (formerly Smith Newcourt); Warburg Dillon Read (formerly SBC Warburg) as well as ABN Amro (formerly ABN Amro Hoare Govette). His areas of focus are in the economies of ASEAN-5. He is a familiar icon in South-East Asia's news media as he has greatly contributed his professional views on the regional financial markets.
