Michelle brings more than 15 years of tax experience in advising clients on tax planning, cross border transactions and due diligence on business acquisitions. She joined Foo Kon Tan LLP as a tax director in January 2013.

Before joining Foo Kon Tan, Michelle had worked in a Big 4 and mid-tier accounting firms. In her role, she advises a full range of clients which included privately held businesses, listed entities and multi-nationals, on managing their tax affairs. She has considerable experience working with clients in diverse industries and her extensive experience in the profession will enhance our team of tax specialists, especially in our corporate and international capacity. She is a regular presenter at the Firm’s annual budget seminar.
