Recovery and Reorganisation
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end restructuring and recovery engagements, including judicial management, liquidation, receivership, individual voluntary arrangements, schemes of arrangement, and individual bankruptcy.
Diagnose root causes of financial distress and develop practical, realistic, and implementable turnaround plans.
Manage key stakeholders: banks, creditors, boards, shareholders, legal counsel, regulators.
Prepare cash flow analysis, viability reviews, and restructuring proposals.
Oversee statutory filings, compliance, asset realisation, and case administration.
Prepare creditor reports and restructuring proposals.
Provide support to business development and client relationship initiatives.
Supervise, coach and lead a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience
Professional qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; professional qualification (CPA, CA, CFA) preferred.
Appointment as a liquidator with sound knowledge of Singapore insolvency law (IRDA) and related legal/regulatory frameworks.
Strong financial modelling skills, proven ability to assess liquidity, business viability, and capital structure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
