At the heart of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy lies meaningful management and staff engagement. This is aimed at fostering positive relationships within the community. We are always excited to give our employees, interns and their family members, the opportunity to be part of our CSR efforts. We consider employee satisfaction as one of our fundamental goals and hold with deep conviction that it is the key to achieving high organisational performance.

Scholarships and Awards
Nurturing young talents to ensure a constant flow of trained professionals for the industry is also one of our key thrust that reflects our commitment to the industry. Foo Kon Tan LLP offers scholarships and book prizes for outstanding accounting students in polytechnics and universities to help them reach greater heights.
Feeding the needy and hungry
One of our CSR initiative is to provide food to the needy within our community. Our firm is one of The Food Bank Singapore collection point; as a donor by contribution in kind or financially, and as a volunteer by helping out in day-to-day activities and events.

Our partners use their position and "voice" as a market leader to promote responsible business practices in volunteering in various committees and speaking at various seminars/talks.
At the gala dinner of the Singapore Accountancy Convention 2011, four members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Singapore (ICPAS)* were honoured by ICPAS for their dedicated contributions to the profession and the community. The highest accolade - the ICPAS Gold Medal was presented to our Managing Partner, Kon Yin Tong by Mr. Teo Ser Luck, Minister of State and Minister of Trade and Industry.
Voluntary activities with beneficiaries
