Job description
People & Culture Intern
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture (P&C) Intern to join our P&C team on a 6-month internship. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations in a mid-tier audit firm, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of staff documentation and employee records
Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and internal HR communications
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintenance of HR records
Support employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives, and recruitment events
Assist in HR digitalisation initiatives, including migration to new payroll and leave management systems
Support HR data validation, document digitisation, and process improvement projects
Support HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives, including AI-related HR tools
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support day-to-day HR operations
Comfortable with hands-on administrative work, including documentation and data management
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Able to commit full time basis for 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026)
