We are seeking highly motivated professionals who share our dedication to our clients and culture to join our team as an IT Application Analyst in the Information Technology department.

Key roles and responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications to meet business needs.

2. Conduct thorough analysis of system requirements and design solutions to address business challenges.

3. Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the applications.

4. Identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues to ensure smooth operation.

5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure successful application implementation.

7. Develop and execute test plans to ensure applications function correctly and meet user requirements.

8. Ensure applications adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements.

9. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously improve application performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in application development and support.

• Proficient in development technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and Crystal Reports 

• Experienced with database technologies, specifically SQL Server

• Strong skills in system analysis, design, development, and implementation.

• Strong documentation skills for all standard operating procedures to ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct requirement studies, provide end-user training, and offer user support

• Experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, ReACT, VS Code, Power Apps, Power BI & RPA is an added advantage

• Able to work both independently as well as with a team

Requirements

• Min Qualification: Diploma in Information Technology / Software Application

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Applications Development and Support.

Work week : Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm
