Keng Chong has over 20 years’ experience in assurance and business risk advisory. He is the ESG & Sustainability Practice Leader of the firm. Keng Chong is well-versed in the Code of Corporate Governance in Singapore and has assisted his listed clients in benchmarking the companies’ existing corporate governance practices vis-à-vis the best practices. In the ESG space, Keng Chong has advised listed clients in their development of Sustainability Reports, and led internal reviews of Sustainability reporting processes and internal controls

Pei Xuan is a Corporate Finance Director at Foo Kon Tan with over a decade of valuation expertise. Specializing in valuation for financial reporting, transaction services, and litigation support, Pei Xuan has lent her insights to both public and private companies across diverse corporate activities. She shares her insight through annual valuation-related training sessions for Foo Kon Tan employees and also contributes as a member of the Standard and Technical Working Group at the Institute of Chartered Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore.

Goh Teck Soo is a Tax Director at Foo Kon Tan and she has more than 20 years’ experience in taxation in public practice. Her area of expertise covers corporate, personal, business, and goods and services tax and she has worked on a diverse portfolio of clients in different industries . In addition to handling the compliance work for corporate and personal tax clients, she has also provided advice on tax planning, cross border transactions, tax audits and has undertaken due diligence work on business acquisitions.

Michelle Seat is a Tax Director at Foo Kon Tan and she has vast tax experience in advising clients on tax planning, cross-border transactions, and due diligence on business acquisitions. Her area of expertise covers corporate, personal, business, and goods and services tax and has considerable experience working with clients in diverse industries.

Timothy is a Professional Standards & Assurance Partner at Foo Kon Tan LLP with about 20 years of experience. He is involved in technical consultations from internal and external stakeholders and in building technical knowledge and capabilities in the firm. He also engages in monitoring the developments in international and local accounting and assurance standards and regulatory changes that impact financial reporting. Timothy is a member of the ISCA Financial Statements Review Advisory Panel and of the Learning & Assessment Committee (Foundation) for SCAQ.
