Role: We are looking for a motivated Valuation Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, valuation modeling, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing valuation models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.)

• Support the preparation of valuation reports and presentations

• Conduct market and industry research to gather data for valuation inputs

• Analyze financial statements and assist in data compilation

• Collaborate with senior analysts on client projects and deliverables

Who We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Proficiency in Excel

• Knowledge of financial modeling is a plus

• Excellent communication and research abilities

• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• Job rotation is also possible

• Preferably a Singaporean or SPR, commitment period is flexible and can be discussed (3/6/9 months)
