Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via various channels such as in-person, phone, email, or remote assistance (MSFT Teams).
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Basic Microsoft 365 Administration
Active Directory Administration
Collaborate with team members to deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Inventory Management System
Re-issuance and disposal of old IT equipment
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT support field and recommend improvements or upgrade to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Training will be provided
Preferably a Singaporean or SPR, commitment period is flexible and can be discussed (3/6/9 months)
Job rotation is also possible
